A few days ago, I could download 20 gb torrents within 5 hours. I'm downloading a 3 gb torrent and its been 4 hours and its at .5%. <don't link content> I've looked up solutions online and none have helped. Is there a way I can fix this? Your ISP might have noticed that you are a heavy bittorrent user and that's why they are giving you hard time downloading.3.
