Pompeiious Posted August 10, 2014 Report Share Posted August 10, 2014 I've consulted IF YOU HAVE SPEED ISSUES READ HERE FIRSTfor help and I've done each step to the best of my understanding.I'm pretty new to all of this stuff too >n<I'm not sure what else to say in this post other than what I've done so far, if anyone has any questions then just ask me and I'll answer to the best of my ability! What I know so far:Browsing, direct downloads, and streaming speeds are normal and fast.Is port forwarded.uTorrent is added as an exception in firewall.No settings were changed after setup guide test.No seeders but some peers.
