mcaspi
This can happen. Download another torrent with many peers and seeds for a few minutes and see what speed you get.

DreadWingKnight
Do torrents from http://slackware.com/getslack/torrents.php work right or no?
Latekpp
No still the same problem. I was testing it in Utorrent and later in Bitcomet.
DreadWingKnight
If it's happening regardless of bittorrent client, and slackware also fails to download properly, it is VERY likely your internet provider interfering.

mcaspi
All your tests show that your internet provider is interfering. Call them.
