Did you try to download Chrome or Mozilla and see if it downloads those broswer? Did you try to use utorrent to download Open Office to see if it works or not that will tells you if your utorrent is blocked or not by your ISP or being throttle. rodneybugeja
Hi... I've been having the same problem for the last month (stuck on connecting to peers). I'm using windows 8.1 Some other sites are also not opening... also steam is not letting me log in... The weird thing is that the problem seems to be one laptop.. when I have this laptop connect to Wifi, the internet speed slows down and any torrent i try to download is stuck on 'connecting peers' on all of my laptops. When I disconnect the wifi on this particular laptop the torrents download with no problem at all on the other laptops... Another weird thing is that when I connect this particular laptop to my work's wifi downloading torrents is not a problem.. Does anyone have any idea what the problem could be????
