Right. You are on your own . The support here is for the new releases.

You can try with my setting, but I really doubt it will help at these speeds (~30MB/s). It feels like uTorrent performance limitation.
RAMDrive - as a temporary storage - can help with ANY HDD, *IF* you have enough spare RAM (depends on your file size)... This is the simplest thing to try like ImDisk . And even with htis uTorrent can be causing performance issues.
-
HDD or SD? It is limited by your HDD performance/speed plus utorrent for random writes. You can test with RAMdrive + configure your HDD properties i(device manager) for enabling write cache ("Performance") if relevant (usually for USB connected drives).
I think ~30MB/s sustained is the best you can do, but you can try and use my settings file (@sig)

Copy & re-add the MRI(magnet) links , set the same download location and force-recheck.

rafi, the file inside the uTorrent_stable_LAA.zip is named uTorrent_3.5.5.46096_beta_LAA.exe is that indeed a stable build in spite of the name?
My mistake, it is the stable build. I'll rename it.

What happened to your green network status icon (bottom right)? Looks like you are totally disconnected...

Just allow the whole utorrent app to your firewall. Easy enough. And not to forget - forward the port in your router...

Should be right beside the utorrent.exe file.
-
Force-check everything. You can delete your resume.dat, but if you do - you will loose you torrents' list.
And always close uTorrent BEFORE you shutdown Windows to minimize the risk of further corruptions.

46090 < 46096 so, an older version...

Can you observer a large RAM / memory consumption before that happen?
Can you try with my 46096 "release" with the LAA flag set (like is below, @sig)
-
You can try coping you resume.dat file to your utweb location (replace the file in there) and see what happens...

WinDefender still reports a PUA... Meh.
Thanks rafi. Now blocked as a default by Win 10:
Also, the LAA version cannot pass signature verification, so it is reasonable to block it...

New tip: "V" - how to improve/reduce cached RAM size..

µTorrent 3.5.5.46096 Stable (& LAA flag) [size reduced to ~2MB, maybe this will help to avoid deletion by Win Defender... ]
To stay with the LAA flag - It's recommended to disable auto-updates in Pref. - General , and update manually ...
Edit:
New tip: "V" in my guide - how to improve/reduce cached RAM size..

Another question is: why is Windows Defender deleting utorrent.exe?!

That's your punishment for cheating with qBT ...
As an "Advanced Member" here, you must know there is no need to install it, since it has standalone mode too...
And say hello to Win Defender from me... especially if you did not exclude utorrent in it

Dis-associate utorrent app in Windows from .rar type files

Fix your local network/router issues (fort forwarding?)? The network status should be green, not yellow...

Screenshot when you select "torrents"?
A long shot: try to add a "hidden" label and check under it...
