ISO codes aren't the same thing as ccTLDs. The only one "missing" from the list you gave is .ax, but that doesn't have any sponsors as of yet so it's impossible to find a domain with that ccTLD. See here for list of ccTLD: http://www.iana.org/cctld/cctld-whois.htm While there are some ccTLD in the list that are the same status as .ax (.eh & .kp for example) I don't really want to break everyone's .bmp for 1 domain that will never show up. I'll put a reminder in the .conf about .ax though.

[quoting the previous post is spam - quote removed] Both ccTLD are in the .conf and are the same flag (at least for my .bmp). As for the mapping being wrong: I put what people tell me, and I haven't verified them all, I'm just happy they display the correct flag Sure you can use my .conf, and let me know if you'd like any changes made to it: missing ccTLD in particular. I can't really say much about the aspect ratio since they're your flags so you're free to do what you want, but at 16x16 it's just not possible to properly display each flag's correct ratio without it looking strange.

It's good to have another set of eyes looking for mistakes. While a good idea in theory, in practice it looks silly when you have flags being different sizes (some can't be helped, Nepal for example). I'm personally not a fan of the really "sharp/crisp" flags, instead of the more fancy "blurry" ones as it reminds me more of Win 3.1 instead of XP. To each their own however

Been a busy few days .conf has been updated, but as for the .bmp ... AC - British territory, flag is fine BO - Uses the state flag, which has coat of arms, flag is fine CR - See BO ET - Uses official flag until 1996 (new flag has logo in center with rest of flag same), flag is questionable MQ - Uses unofficial région flag, flag is questionable PE - See BO PK - Flag is incorrect, missing white stripe on left side SM - Uses civil flag, which omits coat of arms, flag is fine Hope that addresses all the possible "wrongs" in the set I posted, if not let me know which ones are in dispute. As for the unknowns, well, if I get around to making flags they'll get fixed

Added .md = Moldova and .kp = North Korea Yes, I know .kp is reserved and won't actually show up, but better to add it now than later

Refer to this post for which flags are missing: http://forum.utorrent.com/viewtopic.php?pid=47583#p47583 At some point I might get around to adding them, but who knows when that'll be. EDIT: I lied, updated the .bmp with 2 more flags. Only 5 missing flags now

Only adding .com/.net hostnames to the .conf ... mainly because I'm not really sure what will happen if I add ones that end in a ccTLD and because I haven't added any thus far. .conf updated again.

Took longer than expected, but just finished making a flags.bmp from those flags. Unfortunately it has a different mapping than the current flags.bmp, which means I needed to update the other set to use the same mapping so that way I don't have to keep track of two .conf files. On the bright side there are now no missing ccTLD (that I know of) in the .conf file, only missing flags in the .bmp You can get the new version here. Missing flags in the new set (a question mark flag is in their place): .eu .gg .im .je .su Let me know if the mapping is off on either the old set (in first post) or this set. Combining two different mappings probably wasn't the smartest idea :| You need to download BOTH the .conf and .bmp again or the flags won't get mapped properly! EDIT: Updated list of missing flags in "old" version of .bmp: .aq .eh .eu .ps .su

If I have free time this weekend I'll make a set using those flags. The number of things missing from the "main" flags in this thread is very small considering how many ccTLD are mapped. .conf has been updated again.

True, but I don't feel like editing it Wow, that's a lot of domains. Hope they're correct, that's too many for me to double check (if someone else wants to double check that'd be great ), and thanks for the additions. .conf has been updated again.

Updated the .conf As far as case-sensitivity is concerned: All the domains mentioned above are ones that I've personally seen/added which is why they have the case they do. I can't add every single case possibility to the .conf (would make it a pain to maintain), not to mention I don't know if they .conf can even handle the same domain with different case in it.

That domain has been mapped for quite a while, not sure why it isn't working for you.

That's another issue in and of itself. Still, what to do about ccTLD that aren't really used for their country? I'm sure there are some .cc domains that are from ISPs in Cocos Islands, but probably not very many. All this would be a moot point if peer.resolve_country worked with a non-default .conf though ccTLDs missing from .conf / why they weren't in the .conf .ac / .uk territory .aq / antarctica, no flag .bv / .no territory, not in use .cc / .au territory .cs / same as .yu, not in use .cx / .au territory .gb / same as .uk, inactive .hm / .au territory .nc / .fr territory .sj / .no territory, not in use .tk / .nz territory .tp / same as .tl .um / .us territories .yt / .fr territory ccTLD missing from .bmp .eu .gf .gp .md .ps .re .su .tf .com/.net/.edu/(et cetera) default to .us flag Hope that answers any questions about what is or isn't mapped in the current .bmp and .conf files.
