Revived
I just switched to Cox Cable today (from Verizon DSL) and I'm seeing the red/orange triangle. Is this a Cox issue or something in my router (TP-Link Archer C9) settings?
DreadWingKnight
Most likely in your router. It would need to be port forwarded for the port specified in your preferences. Having only low-peer torrents are not good for determining if it's working.

Actually, I just uninstalled version 3.4.1 and installed the latest version (fresh). Green checkmark without any router settings (including port forwarding). They have made efforts to prevent any torrent usage on their internet. What if you use broswer download to download non-torrents does your internet speed remain the same? If you do this and there is no effect but once you switch or turn on torrent and speeds drops then it become obvious what is going on.
