Hello

I'm new on this forum so don't know if this is already mentioned.

When i want to download a file from TPB uTorrent doesn't open,so no download.

It had done it before though.

Anyone can help me with this i'm using Win10?

Nope nothing happens

You might need to do it via the registry then.

Check whether uTorrent is the set value in the following registry keys (these locations are for Windows XP though):

HKEY_CLASSES_ROOT\Magnet\shell\open\command

HKEY_CLASSES_ROOT\Torrent File\shell\open\command

So assuming you've now set uTorrent as default handler for torrent files in Google Chrome, does uTorrent now open when you click a link to download?

I normally get the screen do you want to open this with the Edge from Win10 but this doen't appear anymore

Here's the registry key with values reflecting the location of uTorrent on your system:

http://www.mediafire.com/download/9xr27tbh24n44vj/Torrent_File.reg

Change the extension to txt if you wish to inspect the values (using notepad). Revert back to reg if you wish to double-click the file and add it your registry. A restart of your computer is usually needed to make the change.

Disclaimer: I cant guarantee this will even help. So proceed at your own risk.
