oinos Posted February 20, 2017 Report Share Posted February 20, 2017 I posted " I've downloaded films that say they are with english subtitles; when I play the films I don't get the subtitles. what do I need to do?"; and got this useless and inconsiderate reply: " Usage support for completed downloads is beyond the scope of these forums". to begin with if there are no subtitles, as advertised the download is not "completed" so far as I can tell. and furthermore I got a notice that " This topic is now closed to further replies. " What I have asked is a fundamental, simple question which without a solution renders torrents useless and which should have been explained in clear and simple terms upfront. Contact the site you got the torrent from for support - since utorrent didn't create it.
