This has been the case for the 5 days. Is this happening for anyone else? Even though I am a paid customer, I'm forced to use the free product version with ads. It's possible that antivirus or firewall software will interfere with the installation and prevent you from downloading the features specific features. Proxy programs, VPN connections, and programs like BTGuard and GTGuard will also interfere with activation. If you have a firewall, antivirus, proxy, VPN, or BTGuard-type program running, I would suggest adding an exception or temporarily disabling the software until you have completed your installation and upgrade. -Synx Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...
