Recently, I updated it but after that update, everytime I start the utorrent, the laptop goes to bluescreen within 10 minutes. I have tried uninstalling and reinstalling it again and again. As long as I do not run utorrent, the laptop works fine. As soon as I start it, in about 10 minutes, it goes to bluescreen. Earlier, after bluescreen comes on and collects error information, the laptop would restart but it is no longer doing it anymore and any number of times that it has collected, there has been no rectification from the WINDOWS OS side. The drivers are all uptodate. I am trying now with direct wired connection. If the utorrent works well on a wired connection, then how do I resolve the problem with a wifi connection? I use a HP laptop and it came installed with HP SUPPORT ASSISTANT. At the same time that I started having problems with utorrent, I have noticed that the HP SUPPORT ASSISTANT fails to launch at all. johngalt1978 Posted March 31, 2017 Author Report Share Posted March 31, 2017 Your diagnosis of the dmp reports that the wifi drivers are crashing turned out to be crucial. I went to the device manager and uninstalled followed by reinstallation of the drivers. The problem was solved with that. Still working on the HP SUPPORT ASSISTANT with HP.
