Hi Everyone,

 

Is there any one who is using VPN for torrenting in Bulgaria? I am not sure about cyberlaws here as I am living here as an expat for 3 months. Is there any Bulgaria VPN that you would recommend?

I think for VPN recommendation you should check VPN forum sites to find one that matches your location and what users of those VPN would recommended. This site deals for the most part with utorrent software issues. VPN support is something that VPN sites that need to follow up on.
