my utorrent that used to work, doesnt work on the new computer i have built.

it should, as the new comp is a beast (2gb xms ram, amd 64 3800+ etc) and the old one was a dell xps with a 300mhz p2 and UPGRADED to 128 ram

basically, it says its connecte3d, and shows a ul and dl speed.

but i have no record of progress

Do you even have torrents loaded? O_o;

Also, try closing µTorrent then deleting settings.dat and resume.dat in %Appdata%\uTorrent

Did you download utorrent.exe from this site or did you get an installer from some unknown source? If so, remove it and download it from here instead.

If that's not the case, close explorer.exe from Task Manager [Ctrl]+[Alt]+[Del] and restart it from Task Manager (File -> New Task (Run...))

I see, The directory browser is missing for you. It happend to some people before.

Try enabling the option "gui.compat_diropen" from the advanced options page.

haha that's gotta be some scary shit with building a new computer & then the best BT client won't work on it.
