balmungofsky
It's a 1.31GB size file and I have 23.6GB space free. What exactly is wrong?
hermanm
Are you downloading some files from a torrent and not all the files? If the entire torrent is more than 23.6GB you will get that error message. If this is the case, you can ignore the error and continue on.
DreadWingKnight
What's the EXACT error message?Screenshot please
Zous
I'm having a similar issue, except in this case we're talking about 110 gigabytes of free space on a partition about 250. It is FAT32 formatted. I think the issue might be with pre-allocation, but I'm not sure as it has stopped occurring. If I get it to occur again, I'll post a screenshot here. Firon
FAT32 cannot support more than 4GB files. Convert to NTFS. You have no choice.
Zous
I'm assuming that was the problem, though it seemed to occur with files smaller then 4GB as well. I can't verify this unless it occurs again though, so I'll go with that explanation until I have reason not to.Thanks
