boscoman Posted January 8, 2008 Report Share Posted January 8, 2008 anybody who can help me, thank youI have utorrent on my laptop, and it works fine,I recently installed it on my desktop set it up the same, I think,tested the ports, ok, but when i try connecting to download anything,including links with many peers, the tracker status says,"no connection could be made because the target machine actively refused it"yet i can download the same file on my laptop.please help! jewelisheaven Posted January 8, 2008 Report Share Posted January 8, 2008 Did you setup the same port for your OTHER computer as the first one? If you manually forwarded both computers you need to make sure they use distinctive ports. Also, making sure the right IP goes to the right port (via ipconfig /all) will help in that regard.
