koolz_majere
With my port forwarded uTorrent is downloading at such a high rate (325kb/s) I can't browse the internet without having to close uTorrent. I suppose I can change the download limit, however it would be allot better if I could set internet explorer to a higher bandwidth priority or have uTorrent slow/drop priority when I'm using the internet. Can anybody smarter tell me how, please...

oUrTorrent
changing the download limit IS changing priority. is your upload setting capped or unlimited in utorrent? do a speed test (google it), and determine your maximum upload/download. set your utorrent upload to half of your max upload speed, and set the download speed in utorrent about 50kb/s less than your max download. jewelisheaven
I'm thinking it's more to do with Ctrl-G settings: Compare current ones to http://forum.utorrent.com/viewtopic.php?id=34259 for your upload bandwidth. You may indeed need to limit the download if that's the problem if it's consistent as hermanm says but I'd check settings first
