bxrobi01
For annonymous reasons i need to quit uploading, so i want to see if theres a way i can download without uploading, or at least to a minimum degree. I've set the maximum upload rate to 1 kb/s and limited the number of upload slots per torrent to 0. is there anyway else to minimize the amount i upload? jewelisheaven
No.Bittorrent is built upon uploading. Your upload is someone else's download. Use HTTP or FTP if you don't want to upload.

Switeck
It is called file SHARING for a reason.Insight BroadBand ISP will still likely get copyright notices from monitoring agencies whether you're sharing or not if your ip turns up on BitTorrent swarms of copyrighted materials the monitoring agencies are watching.
