pif
HiI have a windows 2003 seeding box (100 mbit up/down) and I mostly download large amount of small files (100K-10M) in a singles torrent -i.e. public roms-. When a new torrent is released, I check for any missing files using my home PC -i.e. where I keep my files- and then I manually select and download the missings using my seeding box. The problem is that for certain torrents, the missing list could be long, and it is hard to select them all manually….is there a way to generate a missing list through a torrent client and download the missing only….currently I am using utorrent….or perhaps I can copy the information from my home pc to my seeding box...any idea how can i solve this problem?thnx
DreadWingKnight
Resume the torrent using the files you have already instead of selectively downloading the ones you don't.

jewelisheaven
...You could ftp the resume.dat on each new torrent update, then start up uT on your server and the missing files will download. You'd need an "invert files" function for that actually... and you'd still need to set the existing files to SKIP on your server or the torrents would keep erroring out.
