i can't open ports!

Recommended Posts

I have been using utorrent for a while now...I have not had any problems with it. And now...suddenly utorrent says there are no incoming connections and that there is a problem with my network connection. I have tried to open new ports but it doesn't work. When I test to see if my ports are open it gives me the error that says that my port is closed.

Please someone help...I am not used to 30kb/s!

Thank you in advance.

Running Symantec AntiVirus too?:

O23 - Service: Symantec Endpoint Protection (Symantec AntiVirus) - Symantec Corporation - C:\Program Files\Symantec\Symantec Endpoint Protection\Rtvscan.exe

Multiple antivirus software installed at once tends to trip over each other...and sometimes even detect each others' virus library tables as viruses themselves.
