i can't open ports!

I have been using utorrent for a while now...I have not had any problems with it. And now...suddenly utorrent says there are no incoming connections and that there is a problem with my network connection. I have tried to open new ports but it doesn't work. When I test to see if my ports are open it gives me the error that says that my port is closed.

Please someone help...I am not used to 30kb/s!

Do you have a software firewall? Can you post a HijackThis log?

what do you mean? i have symantec endpoint protection, and mcafee.

You have to configure your firewall to allow utorrent. It's not enough to forward your ports.

And if you have TWO firewalls, pick one and uninstall the other.

Make sure McAfee isn't blocking it through any of the other processes.

SpamKiller may work as a proxy... I don't know. Also SuperAntiSpyware has been fingered as a problem elsewhere.. search confirms this.
