sean56a Posted November 17, 2008 Report Share Posted November 17, 2008 Hello,Running Vista and uTorrent 1.8.1. Have a roomate who is also running torrents. Was getting bad speeds earlier today (new AT&T DSL), but tonight (perhaps he is no longer using his computer?) I am getting 200kB/s download. The weird thing is that it definitely seems to be capped/limited to 200. I have several torrents running and combined they never exceed 200. We have a 3mbps line. Port is forwarded through a Airport Extreme which is tunneling PPPoE through AT&T's DSL modem, which is in bridge mode. Any ideas? thelittlefire Posted November 17, 2008 Report Share Posted November 17, 2008 Are you sure it's not 1.5 Mbit, that would peak @ 180 download... If indeed you have a 3Mbit download link, they are obviously shaping traffic.
