Ss1
My downloads complete fine, but when I keep them in que to seed them, it shows "seeding" in the status field but nothing in the "up speed" or upload area. What should my settings be to continue to seed or is there something else I should be doing?

Ss1
Excuse my ignorance but I have no idea (new to torrents). In my connection "listening port" there is a number next to the port used for incoming connections. the boxes are checked for enable upnp and nat-pmp and firewall exception. thelittlefire
http://utorrent.com/setup_guide.php and http://utorrent.com/guides.phpMattpar, probably not the same problem, but assuming it is, could you explain a little clearer your problem?? You have several torrents... some you downloaded, others you created yourself and are seeding. What ISP are you on? What are your Ctrl-G settings? Switeck
If you're on ComCast, Cox, or Rogers...they probably kill almost all peer connections to your computer when you try to seed.
CanGoomba
my computer got a virus that required that i reload my windows operating system (Windows XP SP3 ) . Fortunately didn't loose my data but had to install a new version of utorrent (version 1.8) . Since new upload i cannot seed any of my existing torrents to the community only the ones that i have downloaded since the new utorrent install. How do I set up my new utorrent to access my old torrent files. Not a real expert at torrents although have been using them for some time. Have many AXXO torrents I would like to share. Hopefully there is a simple solutions to my problem. Thanks to anyone who can help.
moogly
Search your old torrents on online search engines and reload the .torrent in uT. Choose the right folder where your data are and seed again. The next time when you reinstall your OS or format your HD, you need to save the folder %appdata%/utorrent
