CPU usage problem remains... ~100%

downgrading to 0.9.0.3 ... disable DHT & enabling it again works about 2hours... then the problem appears again

Problem showd up overnight... 3-4 days worked normaly & yesterday CPU usage in user was 25-45% and system 45-55%

I can confirm the 100% CPU problem on my MacBook 2,1 (Core 2 Duo @ 2ghz), 1GB RAM, Leopard 10.5.6. At first it runs without any problem, but after ~14h the CPU usage goes to 100%. Then, even if I restart uTorrent, the CPU usage goes immediately to 100%. Too bad because this looks like a great client.

UTorrent uses 1.4-1.8 of my cpu.

No problems with me so far no matter how long its been working. Guess it comes along with a conflict of some system services such as CUPS jobs or something else...

Did u try to have a look at the log?

I understand, "when it`s ready it`s ready", but there have been no updates for almost 2 months. Updates rolled out every 5-7 days prior to last update.

If anything, could kjk please tell us wether development has completely stagnated or not.

Development is proceeding as it always has. Things are being rewritten to be less buggy and that takes time. Theres no ETA because its impossible to guess how much time it will take. Asking wont help speed things up.

uTorrent is working pretty awesomely for me right now (with the trackers that support it). It's way better with handling resources than Transmission is, and also a lot easier to survey.
