solo1bc
Hi.. I've read the FAQ and can't find anything similar... Apologies if I've missed it...Basically all of my current downloading or seeding torrents have just disappeared! Nothing strange has happened... No system crash or new software... Exited uTorrent about an hour ago and when I restarted it they were all gone!I've been using utorrent for probably around 2 years and never had this problem before... Any chance of recovering them? Many thanks,Ben.
DreadWingKnight
First, are you looking at the correct category view (f7 - all)
masterducky
I have the same problem. They all went from 100% to 0% overnight without changing anything. All red with error: cant open torrent...I managed to find a solution but when i reboot it does the same.Delete all your *.torrent in your Application Data folder and all torrents in µtorrent, then reloadall torrents from your torrent sites. It will reload them to 100% from your folder.Im still searching for a solution for what to do when rebooting.
solo1bc
Yes definately looking at the 'All' category. Unlike MasterDucky as well it's not that they've gone from 100% to 0% - they've just disappeared... Nothing is listed at all...Thanks...
masterducky
Did they disappeared from your completed folder too or just from the client?

jewelisheaven
If the error is "cannot load torrent..." you broke your torrent storage path. Did you change any settings in Ctrl-P > Directories?
masterducky
No i havent, it happened overnight.

jewelisheaven
If they are not in your list, they are not in your resume.datYou will need to use the migration guide or use a backup resume.dat from %APPDATA%\uTorrent

moogly
@al808: these lines in Logger tab are not relative to your problem, it's IPv6/Teredo.

solo1bc
I still can't see anything relevant in the migration guide,,, Need some help with 'use a backup resume.dat from %APPDATA%\uTorrent' as well please?Sorry!
jewelisheaven
You will need to Start > Run >%APPDATA%\uTorrent, move all torrents outside the folder, and click, drag them all back into your uTorrent so they get re-added to the list. What Internet security/firewall/AV software do you use? Is this the first time it happened?
solo1bc
Thanks mate... Before I do this though do I need to migrate the torrents I've added since? Will they be lost if I recover that last lot?I'm using Kaspersky Anti Virus...Cheers...Ben.
jewelisheaven
If you have nothing listed in the listview even when showing ALL torrents from the category pane (F7), you have nothing to migrate.
