williams6
So I try to change my maximum upload rate in the preferences to 30 kB/s so I type a single 3 and out comes 3333. Again, I type a 3, out comes 3333. So weird. I try to delete three of the 3s and it deletes all 4 numbers. Huh? I thought if I typed "30" and even if it came out 33330000 it would would only upload at 30 kB/s and it was some odd font glitch or something. That doesn't appear to be the case.No matter what I've tried I cannot make it a double digit number. I've tried a different keyboard, an onscreen keyboard, copy/pasting 30 from somewhere else. Nothin'. I have no idea how to fix it and I can't really be uploading at 3333 kB/s.And this is a recent install of windows, only a couple of days old. I've updated to the 1.8.3 Beta and it does the same. I can only think of downgrading to fix this. Please, I need some way to limit my upload. Thank you.Oh yeah, I'm on x64 XP.Quick update: So I managed to make it 33 kB/s by using the delete key which only deleted two digits instead of backspace which deleted four. I guess this is suitable for now besides being really bizarre.

jewelisheaven
GEST in \Run is kinda odd. Alt-H-A are you sure you're running the 1.8.3 beta version?I'd run a spyware/rootkit/trojan scanner. don't use a normal AV, they are more lenient with specific file behaviors. Then if you don't recognize the file send it to http://virustotal.com
