uTorrent 1.8.4 not downloading the rest of the torrent

The torrent reached 99.8% and stop, no pieces are downloading, no logs there...

same problem as utorrent 2.0, reverted to use 1.8.2 and everything ok...

Sorry, I didn't do a re-check...

i just close the utorrent and .... have to goto task manager kill that process and use the old version, then finish the torrent in a few seconds..

But a software can interfer with your downloads, and blocks uT to finish a torrent job.

It seems that a software interfering the download is not happening on my pc...

at least after i killed the utorrent 1.8.4 process and start utorrent 1.8.2 immediately, it finished...

And note that I don't know why I have to kill the process each time on utorrent 1.8.4 even it is not downloading anything...if i just close and start a new utorrent, the new process cannot bind the port that is being used by the old process...
