cbrracer Posted November 25, 2009 Report Share Posted November 25, 2009 for months now utorrent refuses to download faster than 233 kb/siv set it at 768k default setting and limited upload to 20kb/si have a download speed of around 3mb and upload of 1.3mb and it shows a green tick that the port is open (manually set)doesnt matter what i try to download i just can get it to go faster?any help anyone????????? cbrracer Posted November 25, 2009 Author Report Share Posted November 25, 2009 its no really the uploading im worried about cause iv limited it to 5kb deliberatly to see if itd improve download speed.iv only ONCE HAD IT SPIKE AT 680KB DOWNLOAD FOR A SECOND!!!!!! then it went back down and flatlined at 233kbits topped at that for the last 8 months or so, so why cant i get it faster????
