DreadWingKnight
Fix your settings. Having that excessively large a number of active torrents is the root cause of your problem.

Archatos
As far as I could see, he had a maximum of 20 active torrents. What has changed to make that an excessively large number?Despite previous differences, I'm just curious here, because I've never had any issues in previous versions with significantly larger amounts of active torrents running at the same time. DreadWingKnight
It has to do with the fact that your combined settings are requesting a total of 2500 connections when your global limit is only 950.http://forum.utorrent.com/viewtopic.php?id=15992

Archatos
psyko666: You have three options. One, you can set the setting for maximum number of active torrents lower. Two, you can lower the amount of connected peers per torrent. Three, you can increase the number of maximum connections totally (global).DeadWingKnight: Thanks for the clarifying answer

Lord Alderaan
Or you can simply do the Speed Guide (snelheidshulp) again.
Switeck
His upload slots are probably set too high as well, especially if he has less than 20 mbit/sec upload max.So do find out what max upload speed is, and use the speed guide (or my speed guide 2nd link in my signature) to set uTorrent's settings.
