I did and I'm soo happy with it.If you try to connect to a lot of peers at once (Default) on some connections since there is so many you get tiemouts and end up not getting connected to 50 - 60% of the peers. I have seen about a 2x increase since I started uing this, and I get connected to peers very fast, this option is bassically the amount of peers it trys to connect to in a amount of time so like instead of sending requests to 30 people, it might try 18 or so to start, then once you connect to a few try the next 12 or something.
