Execute external command when a torrent finishes downloading (2)

I posted in general and I guess this aint possible so how about a feature request? :D

Please can we have some kind of variables so that we can use WinRAR etc to extract volumes that have been downloaded?

i.e. You could do "unrar.exe -e %TORRENT_DATA_DIR%"

how is it totally differend? tell me both is "Execute external command"

he posted "example: NET SEND <my ip address> "Torrent %f finished downloading""

you posted example "use WinRAR etc to extract volumes that have been downloaded?

i.e. You could do "unrar.exe -e %TORRENT_DATA_DIR%""

just differend commands still same feature.

I asked for variables to be used.

I.e. I KNOW you can run external programs, I wanted to know if it would be possible for µTorrent to pass variables onto these external programs.

So basically you could set it so that any downloaded files are automatically processed.

If I am overlooking something I apologise.

If this is possible I would be keen to learn how.
