I only swear at people like they are morons when they demonstrate that they are behaving like morons. Also, see my forum title. And other un-patching every other week. Not really, I run at 4 and get as good speeds as I would at 150.

4662 errors will come back. Microsoft un-patches tcpip.sys EVERY CHANCE THEY CAN GET. Higher net.max_halfopen connection settings do NOT get better speeds. How many torrents are you trying to run at once and what are your connection's rated speeds?

VERY few ISPs offer higher speed limits to provider-local traffic. Even fewer than the number of ISPs that provide REASONABLE upload rates for the connection's downstream capabilities. Until both of those change for the better, the preferences towards provider-local traffic will be detrimental to torrent lifespans AND speeds.

Troubleshooting goes into their own threads in the troubleshooting section of the forums. We had troubleshooting in the 1.8.0 beta thread and that almost ruined the forum database. We have declared "never again" for that.

If the tracker bans you for not seeding torrents without any demand, then they don't deserve your traffic.
