  1. Or upgraded from a setup that wasn't running on obscenely rude or stupid settings and didn't have any problems.
  2. <ERROR> for IP for IPv6 peers tells me that wine doesn't properly have ipv6 enabled.
  3. That means you got none from that method. Non-bug.
  4. I only swear at people like they are morons when they demonstrate that they are behaving like morons. Also, see my forum title. And other un-patching every other week. Not really, I run at 4 and get as good speeds as I would at 150.
  5. 4662 errors will come back. Microsoft un-patches tcpip.sys EVERY CHANCE THEY CAN GET. Higher net.max_halfopen connection settings do NOT get better speeds. How many torrents are you trying to run at once and what are your connection's rated speeds?
  6. The problem will come back again and again as long as this setting is set THIS FUCKING STUPIDLY HIGH.
  7. VERY few ISPs offer higher speed limits to provider-local traffic. Even fewer than the number of ISPs that provide REASONABLE upload rates for the connection's downstream capabilities. Until both of those change for the better, the preferences towards provider-local traffic will be detrimental to torrent lifespans AND speeds.
  8. L: is a local peer (or more than 1, read the manual for details)
  9. half-open counts on that screen are not historic, they are that instant.
  10. A component of NOD32 2.x that is horridly broken.
  11. There wouldn't need to be a .1 release for EVERY major build if private trackers allowed betas.
  12. Troubleshooting goes into their own threads in the troubleshooting section of the forums. We had troubleshooting in the 1.8.0 beta thread and that almost ruined the forum database. We have declared "never again" for that.
  13. If the tracker bans you for not seeding torrents without any demand, then they don't deserve your traffic.
  14. Troubleshooting is to be done in separate threads. No more monolithic threads.
  15. They aren't identical torrents if they enter twice in the task list.
  16. mnengoaf, THE CHANGES ARE LISTED IN THE FIRST POST OF THIS THREAD. The fact that you can't see them makes us wonder if you even should be on the internet.
  17. Changes to connection errors and the min interval handling are forthcoming.
  18. babypigeons, re your report: Because of how assbackwards so many people are demonstrating themselves to be, it is necessary to be that blunt and rude to get the point across.
