    Software firewalls remember which versions of programs you run. You need to re-create program rules every time you change versions.

    Are you trying to bind traffic to a specific IP in the advanced settings? Having it send a specific hostname is ONLY needed when you are running your own tracker from the same connection you're downloading with. It is not necessary for an extremely large percentage of users.
