weird popup when adding to torrent to download

when i add a torrent i get this white blank box that popsup and i cant close it and only way to get passed it is to force close utorrent

funny how no one has a response had to revert back to 2.1 version till this gets resolved

That close button does nothing?

Does the same happen with ALL torrents?

yea that close button shows but its not a clickable button just shows when hovering then it disappears im now using 2.2.1 with 0 problems

They don't allow discussion other then the current versions. And there probably more then a few that have gone back to Pre-ads version.

...the problem is he cant get passed that white box with 3.4.5.41865. Pretend it's still on his system... what suggestion(s) would you give him...?

It's a bit of a catch22 situation:

If it's on his system, he cant use it. If he uses a previous release, he doesn't get help. How wonderful for him(!)

Tell them you've installed 3.4.5.41865 again and ask for assistance. Don't mention installing previous versions though

Unfortunately they only allow help for latest version and anything beyond that the user will have to do their own support/diagnosing on.
