I'll explain it:

in our tracker there isn't allowed BitComet client (mistakes in statistics),

more peers changed it to BitSpirit

real: peers use BitSpirit client (no patch)

uTorrent peers window: shown Fake BitComet

Perheps BitSpirit uses the same style of peerids (as the FAKED bitcomets).

I have no idea how BitSpirit shows its ID (and that client has BUILT IN id spoofing, which is very, VERY, V E R Y bad).

BitSpirit is very much like BitComet, almost copied in features in looks. So the question is does BitSpirit share the same flaws as BitComet? Do trackers need to ban it too?

Well if it has some sort of id spoofing implementation build it, I would say it's a given to ban it.

PS: Your sig is cool. 1st: Same as me, never once. Only restarts caused by beta software. 2nd: So true, port forwarding is so important. Nearly as important as using Peerguardian while downloading.

I personally would opt for PeerGuardian if I wanted to block any IPs.

It seems BitSpirit does have similar peerid as the faked bitcomet clients. One might even guess that the faked scheme came FROM bitspirit in the first place.

They use the same exact spoofing scheme, and both are Chinese leecher clients...

They both behave horribly (patched or not).

I wouldn't doubt it.
