I decided to reinstall Utorrent I'm using 1.6.1, and I backed up the Utorrent Folder and the Downloads Folder for safe measures. When I install utorrent I wanted to then see if the port is forwarded its not doing nothing I click on the tab and nothing happens. I never had this before any help?

Cheers

so it's open? That's good. If you don't see ANY symbol like http://utorrent.com/faq.php#What_do_the_Network_Status_lights_mean.3F ? That usually means uT isn't communicating at all. Do you have any started torrents? To verify on a new working swarm, can you try downloading a torrent from http://www.slackware.com/torrents/ or http://distribution.openoffice.org/p2p/ and see what happens?

You may be triple-firewalled...and you only removed 2 of the roadblocks (the router and Comodo firewall).

Do note that the Comodo firewall has to allow both uTorrent's incoming port from the router (on both TCP and UDP if you want DHT support)...and also allow outgoing ephemeral ports (~1000 to ~5000) for uTorrent to use at the absolute minimum.

Does your modem also have a mini-router and/or firewall in it that needs to be configured or disabled?

The Router I use is the Netgear DG834 and I followed the port setting guide to enter it correctly current number in the client is 61518 and I followed all the guide and I configured Comodo firewall correctly, the router has its own firewall but I use comodo effectively.
