Firon Posted May 3, 2008 Report Share Posted May 3, 2008 Unfortunately, there are no really reliable lists. The blocklist administrators just block IP ranges willy-nilly. They even block IP ranges like NOD32's update servers (and our website, for that matter).38.100.* is one particular range that's known to be full of poisoners.
