Am I safe??

I use peer gaurdian 2 to block IP's when downloading. But I was wondering if that is good enough? Like is their some other programs that will keep me safer or some files to put into utorrent. I've been noticing alot of the same ip's being blocked on my PG 2. Or am I ok with what i have now?

Forget PG2 and use ipfilter.dat (huge list here but too much IP) with your own IP to block. That's all.

In addition PG2 may slow uT and your connection.

i tried doing the the IPfilter.dat, and i enabled it under the preferences to be true, but on the logger tab it says error opening windows firewall 0x80040154....I take it i have to adjust my firewall?

No. You can re-load the firewall by right clicking on the Peers tab, reload ipfilter. The Logger tab is now more granular for what you CHOOSE to see. I don't know offhand what option under Verbose is for "ipfilter.dat loaded XXX entries". Then again I only have on Errors > Misc Errors.
