sirtrancelot Posted December 6, 2008 Report Share Posted December 6, 2008 I've just switched from Azureus to uTorrent 1.8.1I use Bandwidth Meter Pro and NetMeter to monitor my internet usage and I've just noticed that once a torrent finishes and starts seeding, according to both these programs, my upload is also counting as download.Now, within uTorrent it reports that I'm only uploading data, but BMpro & Netmeter both report I'm uploading & downloading data at the same amount/speedI then loaded the same torrent into Azureus, began seeding it and BMpro & Netmeter report that I'm only uploading data.No other usage on my network, just my computer running torrent client only.Is this a bug with uTorrent? thelittlefire Posted December 7, 2008 Report Share Posted December 7, 2008 What moogly means to say, PG2 does little more than uTorrent when applied with ipfilter.dat You get the same "security" with none of the problems utilizing another firewall to block connections.
