DreadWingKnight
You're behind a shared network, and chances are, that network isn't going to give you the access to torrent. It's likely blocking if your system works at other locations.
Switeck
There is no field for 160kbit/sec in the speed guide, the two nearest are 128k and 192k. Does the k mean the same as kbit/sec? If so, do i choose the higher than 160k or lower?Did you miss where I said 2nd link in my signature? The Upload Limit column lists upload speeds in KiloBYTES/second.That it doesn't help brings out that DWK is right -- you're BLOCKED from running torrents.Maybe a proxy or VPN for tracker updates might work? Switeck
A proxy or VPN would hopefully hide/bypass whatever it is your ISP is using to detect and block tracker updates.

huntersprodigy
Any that you would recommend.19 kB/s - still don't know how to enter that correctly into the speed guide as the closest is 28.8k which is a dial-up speed.Which is the closest speed to19 kB/s.To switeck: 'Did you miss where I said 2nd link in my signature?'...where is your 2nd link in your signature.Downloaded TheGreenBow VPN Demo Server and still uTorrent won't download and also looked at a proxy and that wants a web address so which do I enter, typing www.utorrent.com only goes to the uTorrent download page.
