user2009 Posted February 15, 2010 Report Posted February 15, 2010 Since I've installed version 2.0, I have to wait 15 - 20 min. to contact peers and upload my file. At the moment there are 42 peers waiting and I can't do anything. Why is that?? :-S
moogly Posted February 15, 2010 Report Posted February 15, 2010 Other uT peers? If yes, are they uT 2.0 peers?
DreadWingKnight Posted February 15, 2010 Report Posted February 15, 2010 Have you updated your firewall rules yet?
user2009 Posted February 15, 2010 Author Report Posted February 15, 2010 UT 1.8.5, UT 2.0, Bitcomet...I never used firewall.
DreadWingKnight Posted February 15, 2010 Report Posted February 15, 2010 Screenshots of preferences - queueing and preferences - bandwidth please.
user2009 Posted February 15, 2010 Author Report Posted February 15, 2010 Thanks for helping.http://f.imagehost.org/0515/bandw.jpghttp://f.imagehost.org/0374/queue.jpg
rnr Posted February 15, 2010 Report Posted February 15, 2010 Whats your upload speed? You upload limit and number of connections might be too high
user2009 Posted February 15, 2010 Author Report Posted February 15, 2010 58~59kB/s. I set to "unlimited". The point is: I always used the same config, everything was working fine until I was prompted to upgrade to 2.0.
Switeck Posted February 16, 2010 Report Posted February 16, 2010 With <60 KB/sec real upload speed max, your settings are too high on almost everything but upload slots and queueing.
rnr Posted February 16, 2010 Report Posted February 16, 2010 Setting upload to unlimited isn't recommended.
CodeMaster2 Posted February 16, 2010 Report Posted February 16, 2010 How do you people actually think you're helping? He says it was working before he upgraded with these settings, then he upgraded and it now takes too long and you think he's at fault?!Come on, try a little harder. At the thread starter: I would go back to an older version if I were you, at least until this bug is fixed (a lot of people are experiencing this, including myself).
DreadWingKnight Posted February 16, 2010 Report Posted February 16, 2010 then he upgraded and it now takes too long and you think he's at fault?!What makes you so sure his old settings were actually good to begin with?
