And does it REALLY matter????????????????

That's a bit like noticing that the bedroom windows need cleaning while your house is burning down!!!!

In the meantime you can place any tray.ico in the %AppData%\uTorrent folder and it will use that one instead. :)

you are right :)

Try to use this default .ICO file:

or last but not least:

It's some Icons extracted from latest 3.3.1 utorrent.exe! rename it to tray.ico and put on %AppData%\Utorrent.

I have used the 29.ico... a 64x64 pixel ico and working without problems......

Good Grief!!!! Does that mean you are one of the rare breed that actually read the user manual??? :)

So, just for the whingers rather than the doers.

If you don't 'like' the icons, CHANGE THEM!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

main.ico is the icon that will be displayed in the icon at the top-left of the µTorrent window.

maindoc.ico is the icon that will be used as a file type icon for .torrent files upon association. This is mainly used for older versions of Windows, which might have problems generating file type icons automatically for .torrent files upon association.

tray.ico is the icon that will be displayed in the system tray if the relevant system tray settings are enabled.

Only the part that indicates at least you read the manual.

The rest is for the ones who complain about the icon being "poor quality"or jagged.
