Wolf1777 Posted July 13, 2013 Report Share Posted July 13, 2013 I am using time warner cable and get generally 25mbs down and 1mbs upload.Whenever I try to seed something even if it's something new and there are a lot of peers I upload at 50KB max, usually never going above 30.
