dragnor
Hi,I have a New Windows XP SP3 installation, and have installed utorrent. I have made the settings so it should import torrent files from a folder. I place the files in the folder but utorrent does not import the files? Can someone help me figure out this issue? DreadWingKnight
If the files you're placing in the folder aren't .torrent files, they won't be loaded.
ciaobaby
What version AND build and why is this a 'bug' report? And by 'import' are you talking about the "automatically load .torrents from" settings or something else?
dragnor
They are torrent files. I'm talking about automatically load... Sorry if i posted this in the wrong place
Andreasvb
Can you take a screen of the folder contents and Preferences > Directories?
dragnor
I have found the problem. For some reason it does not work if I have the same path in "Store torrents in" and "automatically load .torrents from".Not sure if that is a bug, but the "automatically load .torrents from" works now. Andreasvb
Not a bug, by design, it will get in a loop when it tries to overwrite itself. Also, you should learn the difference between store .torrent and the actual data.
dragnor
Sorry for the trouble, but there should be a message that tells the user that he/she is stupid when making a loop
