Necro: np Acinonyx: ok i thought about it, and i stand by having the kill switch, i can think of a couple of crazy scenarios where it mught be useful and plus its damn hard to disable it accidentally. Its only a tiny tick box, not a huge button, its far away from all the other options, and you gotta press OK before it makes the changes anyway. There is no need for Directrix to hand hold people or to nerf this feature, people just need to take a little care with their actions, which you should be doing anyway when poking around in the preferences.

We have had quite a few people come along saying the general pane is broken, only because they didnt realise half the details hadnt been implemented yet. And also no one has come to me yet saying they cant see anything on the detail tab. So with that experience behind me, and all you saying is "Also the detailed details aren't working", what was i supposed to think.

Ur suppose to use the beta that come with the webui download, thats why it was in there, and thats why it said so in the readme. Help yourself by reading the readme properly.

Whats wrong with the detailed details, besides what is already mentioned in the readme which you should have read. What version of firefox are u running and on which OS?

First off closing the browser will "log out" of the interface for u. And second you cant do a log out feature for http authentication anyway.

sdark: You might wanna upgrade to 0.310, you may just find some of your FR's have already been done. As for the list, you have a changelog at the end of the readme, and its not hard to see what has and hasnt already been implemented in the webui. As for the two bugs, they will have to be investigated further. As for your last feature request, what do u mean by "share packs"?

Alpha-Toxic: Directrix mfi08: im glad to hear that mfi08, one of the changes for 483 was an improved cache header, and im glad to see its working. Hopefully the number of loading freeze problems should be reduced now.

483 should solve most of the loading freezing issues people are having. If people are still having them after upgrading to 483 then please come into #utorrent-webui so we can get some info from u. Huck: try hitting ctrl+f5 in your browser, if only a white screen appears then close browser and load up webui again.

Thanks JohnSmith for reporting both things. Directrix has finally managed to explain it to me in a way that my tiny brain can understand So: 1. Will be fixed 2. Will be changed.

JohnSmith: Surely u mean Ctrl+click, because SHIFT+click wud select row 1 to 5 and therefore it is doing what it is supposed to. As for point number 2, we shall have to see what the Dev thinks.

Eejit: really you should be a little pissed that IE6 isnt good enough to run the webui. Fraxx and Eejit: maybe Torpark would help you guys.

you didnt even bother to google what Directrix and I told you about did u fraxx. If you did then you would have realised that portable firefox/opera dont have to be installed, ergo the word portable!! No surprise then that you couldnt even find the flash webui on your own. tut tut.

There will be plenty of webui's out there eventually tbh something for everyone.

fraxx: Directrix is right, dont let your work limit you, there is also a portable opera out there is u want that. I dont know of a portable IE7 though. regedt32: the best you can do now is drag the columns to the right so you dont have to look at them.
