  1. Well in the white paper the initial phase was supposed to be basic, and then the future plans were for "specific options" which would let the leecher pick how much they wanna pay and the seeder pick how much they are charging. More than two years later, I'm guessing we are still in initial phase. I thought this was a fast paced industry where things develop within weeks....
  2. Yeah but the SHOULD part and COUPLE OF WEEKS are really vague terms. Like i've said before it says "it will be done, when it's done". And at the current price, doubt anyone is willing to sell as well.
  3. It is the # of edition, before you click it it's stated No. 24 and not Jun 24th. Justin went into a BTT room last night and did not mention BTT even once. You do the math when the CEO of a company goes to a room and starts shilling the new products without even mentioning the one the people are there for.
  4. That's because the exchange has been down for over a month now. Restart your client a few times for the tokens to return and don't try to withdraw before they announce it's up.
  5. LAST VISITED June 3 Safe to assume they are not around "wasting" time here. I'd rather encourage you guys to join us in the reddit community (BTT_Speed), at least we update it with any info we find on day to day basis.
  6. https://medium.com/@BitTorrent/bittorrent-weekly-report-05-31-06-06-9c12bb0f37f1 Scroll down to the BTT Speed part and read the last bullet point. Precisely the last sentence of that bullet point.
  7. As they wrote the new service SHOULD be up WITHIN a couple of weeks. This to me sounds like, it will be ready when ready.
  8. " IN ADDITION, YOUR BTT TOKENS MAY BE SUBJECT TO LOSS, INCLUDING A TOTAL LOSS, DUE TO SOFTWARE BUGS, ERRORS, TECHNICAL DIFFICULTIES, OR OTHER ACTIONS OR OMISSIONS OF THIRD PARTIES, THEWALLET SOFTWARE, OR THE UNDERLYING BLOCKCHAIN NETWORK." Ever since we accepted the new T&Cs, they are not liable for anything and won't help you.
  9. Only that I've been writing for a month that BTT and Bittorrent are not the same. The protocol has been out for over 2 decades and will continue to exist. BTT is just a token from the company that bought it, and is cleverly named Bittorrent Speed making a lot of "investors" confused. If they called it Speed Boost Token, probably nobody would even consider it. Torrents have always been healthy with or without it, so at the end of the day, unless they change something, it's gonna stay that way. Nevertheless we already knew about this integration and the code has been in there since May 12th.
  10. Since the new version of Bittorrent Speed, you have agreed to the new terms which state that uTorrent/Bittorrent is NOT responsible for any losses due to glitches/bugs and so on. Have they been spent, or have you just stopped the client? Sometimes they disappear when you stop the client. If that's the case you'd have to restart it a few times for it to reconcile the earnings and you should see them back. If they show up as spent, then they are gone forever.
  11. Confident enough that I've seen what has been shipped as a code in the webUI. Literally anyone can open it via the inspect function in Chrome, head over to source and look at the bundle.js. You'd see stuff like: "fetchBinanceTransactions" "createNewBinanceTransaction" checkBinanceUserStatus: isBinanceIntegrationEnabled: { type: Boolean, default: !1 } and so on. Everyone is left in the dark, some of us just lurk around to see if anything new has been shipped without being announced. There are 146 lines of Binance in it that were shipped recently.
  12. There's a reason why you see them Binance addresses. But it's not what you think. I hope they just announce it already.
  13. Actually a lot of new code under the hood. If they actually announce what's in there you'd be pretty blown away. Hope it's not a hype strategy of theirs for those following closely what files and code gets updated.
  14. The wallet reconciles once in a while, without you doing anything. You can sort of force it via restarts or hard reset to do it faster.
  15. You are right. I gave a try a few times and it worked without the deleting. I'm guessing the delete pushes the reconcile. I'd rather restart a few times, than having to import every single time
  16. Have tried twice, with wallet.log error Retrying and after the second retry it abandons the withdrawal. Once I reset BTT Speed by deleting the helper folder, they return.
  17. If you have to ask yourself this question, then I believe you already know the answer. A stable decent project will not lead you anywhere close to asking that very same question.
  18. Right, but I haven't seen a single crash on a brand new system with b550 pro motherboard, 16gb ram. Before your LAA flag .exe I was getting crashes whenever I was seeding ~20 torrents. That was my max. At 150 now, I've been running for weeks without any single freeze or hick up. So big thanks for it.
  19. Use @rafi's .exe with LAA flag. It has solved all crashes for me.
  20. Yeah to delete the folder, then restart uTorrent and re-import it. Don't forget to set the spend BTT off again as it will be on by default.
  21. Did you close uTorrent or Bittorent by any chance? If that happens reset your wallet. Usually they come back when you do. I've done it several times now
  22. For what? They've been copy pasting the same thing for 2 weeks now. This is why "a several days" sounds outdated because this has been the message from the first few days. It's so impersonal and disrespectful that you are not worth 15s of their time, for a simple message...
  23. Total Earnings = projection of what you could have THEORETICALLY earned. Because of the way the bidding system works, pieces of the torrents that were bided on, get to the leecher for free from other seeders.
  24. Dont run 1 wallet on different machines. I've gotten errors before about invalid channels. Be safe as this whole thing is one giant mess. Stick to 1 wallet for 1 app.
