uTP: read here in the 1.9 alpha forum http://forum.utorrent.com/viewtopic.php?id=49813 about it. It is 255 in 1.9 by default, 0 in 1.8.2 (read that too http://forum.utorrent.com/viewtopic.php?pid=378146#p378146 ) so Rafi should know it already
