[toolbar] Doc Mok

The closer I got to finishing this toolbar, the more it looked similar to Dr Lamok's qToolbar from a while back....so, I decided to name it after his creation. The up/down arrows were originally blue, but after realizing the similarities between this toolbar and dr lamok's, I changed them to fit the style he used.

Hmm, not bad Nice and simple. It looks like it'd make a good default theme.

My one quibble would be that the RSS button's markings don't look so great.

haha, you could just edit it yourself boo.

I have some ideas that I'm playing around with; I've also been thinking of going back, and updating / improving some of my old designs for 1.5+. The XPMC came out alot better than the original, and I have some versions of DD Final that I haven't released yet.
