allow only one instance

There are some situations where running two instances of uTorrent is a great idea. If there could be problems, well, isn't there always...? I mean, getting your system to do what you want requires some planning, I wouldn't prohibit this just because of potential issues on specific setups. I believe the benefits far weigh out the risks.

Problems are partially avoided if the data/config is not stored in the registry/user profile, but in a file in the same dir in which uTorrent resides. Having 2 instances running would then only mean that as long as they are in 2 seperate dirs they would be running parallel. I think it is even possible to get the pathname from a starting/running process, then warn if it was started from the same path as an allready running instance of uTorrent, thus avoiding most problems.

It's just a thought though, i do not miss this feature :P
