Firon
Is it or has it been sold? Is it on TV or in theaters? If any of these is yes, then your answer is almost certainly copyrighted.

GTHK
Linux disks are free. Some music that is sold is also offered for free, and other music is just free. There's also free software and movies. To find out, you'd have to look into it yourself.

Switeck
Laws are different in other places. Why is GOOGLE still up and running if it shows web links to illegal content?

Switeck
Prostitution probably isn't legal where you're at...but I bet it still exists. Some laws are just enforced more strictly than others....not all laws are just or reasonable.Ask elsewhere for more advice...this place is basically dedicated to making uTorrent run properly, not helping you find files to download with it. Firon
The vast majority of content on mininova is illegal to download in most countries, yes. People do it anyway, just like they do weed and other illegal things.
jewelisheaven
Marijuana is legal in California (where I'm from) but it doesn't stop the federal government from coming in and confiscating the product when they feel like "cleaning up"...It's all about jurisdiction, but the MAIN POINT is: don't download what you're not willing to own up to. Lord Alderaan
Everything is copyrighted. Its a matter of having permission to download something, usually through licensing.
