Money put to be transfered to on-chain but was returned in-app. Obviously there is some bug that do not allow to be transferred. Any solution? We are still testing the upgraded version of the Exchange to help our users solve existing transfer issues. Thank you for your patience! Because I tried to transfer 4.9k to on-chain, after what my wallet broke and I had to reimport it. After reimporting I only had 2.5k, remaining 2.4k was never returned. After Oops error and deleting BitTorrentHelper folder, I restored my wallet, but all history was erased. To prove the loss of 12k BTT now I see no way.
