  1. This isn't the place for bug reports for 2.0.4
  2. New thread in troubleshooting. Post the information requested from http://forum.utorrent.com/viewtopic.php?id=15992
  3. You've deluded yourself into believing that a version with a MAJOR SECURITY HOLE is the best. You also have not run through ANY troubleshooting to find out if it's your settings.
  4. That's none of our concern. We don't deal with site specific issues.
  5. Failing that, consider a 32-bit chroot Had good reports of that working with other apps.
  6. We hacked around the problem, we'll remove the hack when the windows side fix goes through.
  7. And do you remove and re-add the uTorrent exceptions when you update?
  8. What internet security software do you have installed?
  9. ALL versions with a build number lower than 21515 are potentially vulnerable, not just 2.x.x lines. It doesn't matter what version of uTorrent it is (windows only), if its build number is lower than 21515, it is potentially vulnerable to this exploit.
  10. Rather than try to work with us and get the supported version fixed?
  11. And created the problem of you being wide open for the major exploit fixed in 2.0.4
  12. Simon, you probably know the drill for what we want.
  13. Is it only the one specific build of uTorrent causing your issue?
  14. the release was pulled because of that problem psihius.
  15. So you want to encourage users to remain vulnerable to the exploit that 2.0.4 fixes? We really don't want to encourage that.
